Lead Concerns from American Brass & Iron Foundry in Oakland

1993 – Both my client People United for a Better Oakland ("PUEBLO") and the California Attorney General joined forces in a lawsuit against American Brass & Iron Foundry due to excessive emissions exposing thousands of Oakland residents to lead. A settlement required the company to install pollution control equipment to limit emissions.
