Lawsuit Against DPR

2017 – On behalf of farmworker Juana Vasquez, Californians for Pesticide Reform and Pesticide Action Network North America, a lawsuit was filed against the California Department of Pesticide Regulation challenging the agency's action of allowing for the increased use of 1,3 dichloropropene, a known carcinogen pesticide throughout California without proper public comment and review.
