Neighbors for Clean Air

1980’s – I represented Neighbors for Clean Air in a nuisance case against a Berkeley foundry, Pacific Steel Casting Company at numerous administrative hearings before the Bay Area Air Quality Management District throughout the 1980's. We were successful in obtaining several abatement orders to reduce odors from the facility.
