Friends of the River

1982 – Immediately out of law school I represented Friends of the River before Justices Scalia, Ginsberg, and Bazelon at the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. challenging an approval by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission of the North Fork Stanislaus Hydroelectric Project.
